How to get there
The Hotel Stern is located in the heart of Düsseldorf and enjoys excellent transport connections. After a 5-minute walk you can reach the beautiful old town and the luxurious shopping street Königsallee.
There is a tram stop directly in front of the hotel, and the Nordstraße underground station is just a short walk away. The Hotel Stern is the ideal starting point for exploring the city or visiting the trade fair and congress centre 10-15 minutes away.
By bus and train
You can reach the Hotel Stern with the following tram lines : STR 706 and STR 707 stop Marienhospital cross Duisburger Straße into Sternstraße. Underground 78, Nordstraße stop.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations free of charge for the customer are possible up to 30 days before the start of the booked hotel stay during the trade fair/season (at other times up to 2 days before the start of the booked hotel stay).
In case of no-show or late cancellation during trade fairs / seasonal periods, a fee of at least 90% of the total amount will be charged. At other times, a fee of 80% of the total amount will be charged.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. The fees are quite low and you are covered against a variety of different cancellation reasons.
Checkin & Checkout
Earliest check in 13.00am / check out 11.00am or by prior arrangement. On request and depending on availability, the check in/check out times can be adjusted.
