We will be happy to provide you an additional blanket or pillow brought to your room. You are welcome to ask our reception staff or cleaning staff about this.
Bed linen change
If you wish, we can change your bed linen daily for a fee. Please register at the reception.
Please do not disturb
If you do not want to be disturbed or do not wish to have your room cleaned, please hang the “red card” on your room door.
The hotel room is at your disposal until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please understand that we have to insist on this time during trade fairs and events, as the next guests arrive very early.
You can receive cable programs and radio stations with our television sets. Please use the remote control and make sure that the set is switched on.

We will be happy to store your luggage for you in our luggage room or at our reception.
We will of course assist you with luggage transport.
Dogs, in principle YES, and they must be ‘hotel-friendly’ and clean, i.e. they should not bark. The animals must not be left unattended for longer periods; i.e. alone in the room for longer than four/five hours is a “no-go”. Dogs are not allowed in our breakfast room. We charge € 10.00 per dog/night. The guest is liable without limitation for all soiling and damage, as well as downtime costs during the period of repair.

Children are very welcome here: They stay up to 5 years (1 child per double room) free of charge in their parents’ bed. The surcharge for an extra bed is € 20.00.

We are a non-smoking hotel: smoking in the rooms is prohibited. Smokers are welcome to smoke in our garden. Seating and ashtrays are available.
Our reception is open from 7-22 hrs. The opening hours of the reception may change at short notice due to Corona. Check-in will then be contactless via the key safe. However, you can reach us 24h by phone on +49 211 49 77 00.

Information about the city, the surrounding area, leisure activities, bus and train connections and much more can be obtained from our reception staff or online at duesseldorf-tourismus.de.

Refillable soap dispensers, variable towel changes, heat regulators on the radiators, low-packaging breakfast buffet, waste separation and much more have become a matter of course for us. If you wish, you too can make your contribution: switch off the lights and TV when you leave your room. Turn off the taps properly. Take part in the variable towel change. Use the basket in the room for waste. Put empty bottles next to the basket. Please remember: We only borrowed the earth from our children!
